Questions about plans and billing

What counts as a seat?

A seat is any member of your workspace who can use Toser in the side panel. Owners and admins count too. Pending invitations count against your seat limit as well, so an invite that hasn't been accepted yet still takes up a seat.

How does the free trial work?

Your trial lasts 14 days and includes up to 10 seats. You don't need a credit card to start. When the trial ends, add a payment method and choose a plan to keep answering questions.

Can I change the number of seats?

Yes, at any time from Billing in the Toser side panel. Changes are prorated by Stripe, so you only pay for the time the seats are in use.

What is fair use?

Each seat includes up to 2,000 answers per month. If you expect a team to go beyond that, contact us before you start.

How is VAT handled?

Prices are shown before VAT. VAT is added where it applies. EU businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel any time from Billing in the Toser side panel. It opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card.

What about refunds?

We review refund requests case by case. If you were charged in error, or want to talk about a refund, contact us.
